At OliDog Pet Wellness, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once verified, we will gladly ship out a replacement product at no additional cost.
Used Products
Due to the nature of our pet wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.
Product Quality Concerns
If you believe there is an issue with your product related to contamination or product quality, please contact us immediately. We may request the product be returned for inspection. Upon receipt and confirmation of the issue, we will provide a replacement product and reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
